The Royal Photographic Society Launches Exhibition in Central Park Towers

Dubai, October, 2017: ‘Collective Visions’, a group photographic exhibition, is set to launch in DIFC’s Central Park Towers between the 25th October and 4th November 2017. The exhibition will be curated by the Dubai Chapter of The Royal Photographic Society and Shutter Bugs Creative Forum, Dubai.
The exhibition is showcasing a collection of images ranging from landscapes to architecture and portraits to the conventional. Photographers from Dubai Chapter of The Royal Photographic Society and enthusiasts from Shutter Bugs Creative Forum will be featured during the exhibit, giving the public, art collectors and designers the opportunity to view over 80 photographs from 30-plus award winning artists.
The show will be opened at 7:30pm on 24th October 2017 by Chief Guest Honourable Mr. Yasser Al Gergawi, Director of Cultural Events, Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, UAE, Guest of Honour Mr. Ramesh Shukla, Royal Photographer and Guest of Honour Dr. Mohammed Ali Reza Khan, Principal Wildlife Specialist, Dubai Safari and Dubai Municipality.
The Royal Photographic Society is a UK based organization with international reach which exists to promote photography and unique imagery around the world, as well as to support photographers in realizing their potential.
The Shutter Bugs Creative Forum is a mentorship program that has 80 amateur photo enthusiasts all eager to learn and improve their photography. More than 30 Shutterbugs are exhibiting their works on a variety of themes.
The exhibition will be held in Central Park Towers a modern and impressive commercial office tower. The building’s multi-functional event and exhibition space called The Cube, offers a spacious and elegant area to host this event.
The show is curated by Mohammed Arfan Asif, Chapter Organiser of The Royal Photographic Society and Mentor of Shutter Bugs Creative Forum, Dubai.

Mohammed Arfan Asif, the Curator and Chapter Organiser said, “This exhibition is intended to provide an opportunity for The RPS members in this region to showcase their works. This is the first of a series planned. The team at the Dubai Chapter have worked hard to put up this show and we hope that it enhances the overall experience of each member apart from improving the visibility of The RPS in this region. The show timings are 10:00am to 8:00pm. This collective exhibition runs until 4th November 2017.
